Conditions of Use

Denver Lounge © is a distribution service for both signed and unsigned artists seeking to find another online outlet to sell physical copies of their music. We are a consignment based website, independently owned and operated. We do not currently distribute music in digital formats, as we believe a CD with packaging and artwork is a far superior product to an MP3.

How to get CDs listed:

1) Submit an e-mail by clicking the Contact Us link on our website, listing the name of the title(s) you are interested in listing and your contact information.
2) Someone from Denver Lounge © will call you within 48 hours to discuss your distribution needs.
3) Pay a small listing fee for the titles you which to have listed, and fill out an IPR form signifying you own the rights to the music you are distributing.
4) Mail five(5) copies of each title to us.
5) E-mail us track listings and digital copies of cover art, as well as any youtube links, music videos or websites(if available).
6) At this stage, we will list your albums as soon as we recieve our physical copies of them, and when your first 5 sell, you get your first check. Send us another shipment, and we will continue selling for you as long as you please.
